Safely in the middle of a Venn diagram “where kitsch meets bitch”, the five-piece Outlaw Americana band has been called “a cowpunk miracle” and been compared to “Southern Culture on the Skids fronted by Laura Bell Bundy.” It’s Country, but you can hear the city.

CODY TYLER
Outside of the industrial ruins of early 20th century boom towns where steel mills and coal mines thrived and steam engines thundered through the valleys, Cody Tyler & Gypsy Convoy are forging their own path through the foothills of Appalachia. The songs on their debut album are the product of Cody Tyler’s musings while hunting deep in the Pennsylvania wilderness. With a long history that dates back to the colonial era, Cody’s family has hunted the hard timbers, tilled the fields, worked in the mines, and sweated in the steel mills of Pennsylvania for generations. Cody’s father, a third-generation trucker, inspired Cody’s love of country music and hunger for the open road from a young age. Like his family of truckers and travelers that came before him, his yearning for the road was bred into him. Armed with with his songs written from his tree stand, his musical journey has led him on the open road across the United States.

Sanford: is the brainchild of Brooklyn based & South Carolina born musician Jay Sanford. He does all of the writing, arranging, and performing for his recorded music, including previous original releases: “Figured I’d Ask Anyway” and “Anymore”, from his first album The View Changes. Pulling from a wide range of musical influences, Sanford: curates his live show setlists including originals and covers across genres and decades... he subscribes to the idea that good music is good music… At one of his shows your liable to hear anything from old school country, Americana, classic rock, retro-soul, Grateful Dead jams, deep cuts, singalongs, and even some Zappa scattered in.

Outlaw Thursdays - THE FLYING KOMOROWSKI BROTHERS
Some joined together by blood, some by friendship, all through the love of playing good music and playing it together. Meet the Flying Komorowski Brothers, founded by lead singer and songwriter, Josh Komorowski. When Josh was 17, he stumbled upon his sister’s secondhand guitar and never looked back. He hosted open mics beginning at a small coffee shop in Wayne (shout out to the Gryphon Cafe), to Philadelphia, NYC and Austin Texas. Since then, he has played venues ranging from small living rooms to grand stages, maybe your neighbor’s backyard—who knows, he may even have slept on your couch. JOHNNY MULLENAX
JOHNNY MULLENAX, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, grew up in a musical family and started playing the guitar at age 5. In his teens, he followed his family to the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas where he showed up with just a guitar and slept in a standup base case. At 18, he used a friend’s ID to get into a club where he was part of a live hip hop band backing rappers. According to Johnny, “Life is too short to play one style of music, and if you have an opportunity to try something different then you should give it a shot.”
Claiming wide-ranging influences from AC/DC and The Ramones to John Coltrane and Parliament, Johnny calls his genre bending sound a funky country bluegrass good time for working folks.

Outlaw Thursdays - WILLY MCGEE
"Austin’s #1 washed up musician". Enjoy the funny ones and unexpected tearjerkers. As music has become more and more accessible to people, and the ideas by one person can spread to millions within seconds, it has become harder and harder for stubborn critics to pigeonhole an artist within a genre. Austin native Willy McGee might be the toughest task yet when giving his music a listen. The thirty-one-year-old singer/songwriter has a voice reminiscent of some of country’s greatest with its baritone register and raspy tone. However, his production blends the country guitar sounds and blues licks with some acid jazz and funkadelic rhythms to create music that truly stands out in a playlist. A background in theatre and a passion for filmmaking has made him develop a huge self-awareness when it comes to the visual aspect of the music and the vibe he creates when in the studio. All of this makes Willy McGee one of the most out-there characters in the Texas music scene, yet he oozes this air of relatability that is hard to come by. All these questions lead to only one solution, and that is to follow his career and find out the method for his madness as it all unfolds!

Jake Mosca, a New Jersey native, has spent the past three years traveling between the East Coast and Nashville. He has performed internationally in Ireland, England, and Hungary. His voice combines powerful resonance with timeless clarity. Jake delivers a mix of country classics, covering legends like Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. Performing since age 12, he has brought songs far older than himself to life.

Mandy Valentine: Never taking themselves too seriously, Philadelphia-based 6+ piece Mandy Valentine brings a new approach to some classic country and rock & roll themes. With galloping rhythms, close harmonies, and lyrics like, “I see a whippoorwill, oh, start to fly and feel so lonesome, baby, I could cry”, Mandy Valentine evokes mid-century country icons such as Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, and the Everly Brothers while treble-drenched guitars, female-forward vocals, and catchy hooks recall 60s pop like The Shangri-Las and The Orlons. Put together, Mandy Valentine is “a little bit country and a little bit rock n roll”. Mandy Valentine is the newest project from a crew of mainstays in the Philly DIY scene--fronted by singer-songwriter Missy Pidgeon, Mandy Valentine also features Abbey Heier and Delaney Keefe on percussion/vocals, Freddie Randall on guitar, Jay Johnson on bass, and Mattie Kimi Klauser on drums. They bring their experience to the stage, with a relaxed confidence that makes every performance feel as intimate as a barnyard dance. MV self-released their first single, Baby!, on February 24, 2023 and their premiere EP ‘Gone West’ on March 28, 2025.

SAM MORROW w/ WESTTOWN ROAD
SAM MORROW spent years knocking on doors that wouldn't budge, walking through ones that led nowhere, and closing others behind him. one. A cross-country move, change of perspective, and fresh outlook on life were catalysts that also steered Morrow to cross the threshold on a new sound. Make no mistake, that’s exactly what his new record, “Southern Boogie” represents—raw, Texas-bred southern rock that sounds exactly like what it is: Sam Morrow, confidently evolving. His earlier albums—”Concrete & Mud”, “Gettin' By On Gettin' Down”, and “On The Ride Here”—earned praise from NPR and Rolling Stone for their swampy blend of country funk, and roadhouse blues. And while those records were a huge part of his life, they also lined up to a time and place that he was leaving behind. Recorded mostly live, in Austin, with producer Jonathan Tyler, the sessions were stripped-down and analog: two guitars, bass, keys, drums. All tube amps. No click track. No safety net. "Jonathan got it before I even explained it," Morrow says. "We just wanted it to sound gritty and raw. Like a band in a room, because that's what it is." The result is unapologetically guitar driven. Straight-ahead southern rock with a Texas backbone—ZZ Top's grit and groove without trying to sound like anyone but himself. "I just want people to listen to this and have a good time," Morrow says. "Don't take shit too seriously. That's kind of my mantra." After years of searching, Sam Morrow quit looking for approval. “Southern Boogie” is what's on the other side—loud, honest, and exactly where he is supposed to be
